1/ UNSCENTED RAW INCENSE STICK
* MACHINE-MADE INCENSE STICK: its strength that it has very beautiful looking and very good burning. At this moment, our production capacity for machine made incense sticks is 800 tons/month.
* HAND-MADE (DIPPING) INCENSE STICK: with our continuous improvement in production, particularly:
We have quietly controlled our product quality and reduced prices. Our dipping incense sticks have below specifics:
- Absorption rate is stable at 30%. This will help manufacturers make firm plan for production and reduce cost for fragrances;
- Rate of damages is low (1% -3%);
- 100% burning: We have made our frequent tests by dipping this kind of incense sticks into DEP oil and burn them after 3 hours, the incense stick burns totally 100%.
- Well keep stay of perfumes;
- High counting: The counting can reach 1400-1500 sts/ kg for 8a a incense sticks and 1100-1200 sts/kg for 9a a incense sticks, equivalent to counting of your hand-rolled masala.
Our current production capacity is 250 tons per month.
